Nedri Bakki Icelandic Horses offers training by an Equestrian Sports NZ (ESNZ) qualified coach on our well-trained horses. All our horses are leight on the aids, pleasant and reliable to ride. The coaching approach we adopt is centred around the abilities and needs of each rider. We emphasise a positive learning and training environment that enables the riders to meet their own specific objectives.
We offer different packages to accommodate the needs and wishes of our clients. All prices are with GST included. We do our best to provide services based on specific inquiries not covered below – please do not hesitate to ask if you have something different in mind.
Quick tour Guided tour introducing the stud + 20 min tölt experience. 40 NZ$ per person.
Training One hour training on one of our horses focusing on objectives set by the rider. 80 NZ$ per hour per person. If you purchase a horse from our stud within a year after the training has taken place, we refund training costs for up to 200 NZ$.
Farm ride One hour farm ride for experienced riders (for the time being, we only offer individual guided tours). This includes 10 min assessment of riding abilities and training on the arena. 80 NZ$ per person. The farm ride is a ride on the trails we have established on our farm.
Individual sessions on your own horse One hour tailormade coaching on your horse on the facilities of Nedri Bakki Icelandic Horse Stud in Pukekohe. 50 NZ$ including access to our trails around the farm.
